Ingredients

  • 1/2 head cabbage tear or chop into bite sized pieces
  • 4-5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (or neutral tasting oil)
  • 1.5 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons water

Notes

  • You will need approximately 1 pound of cabbage, half of a large cabbage.
