German Cabbage

German Cabbage is a slow-cooked dish featuring thinly sliced red cabbage, chopped apple, and spices simmered in apple cider vinegar, water, and sugar. The long cooking time softens the cabbage to a tender texture with a balanced sweet and tangy flavor profile enhanced by cloves and black pepper.
