Ingredients
- 1 cup honey
- 2 - 2½ Tablespoons red pepper flakes
- 1 Tablespoon distilled white vinegar
- pinch salt optional
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat until just simmering with bubbling edges (about 1-2 minutes). Remove from heat and let infuse for about 10 minutes, or until desired spice level is reached.
- Use a fine mesh sieve to strain out the chili flakes, using a cheesecloth as desired to remove finer particles. Use as desired to drizzle over pizza, biscuits, and more!
