Ingredients

  • ½ cup tightly packed cilantro leaves and stems
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 1 lime zested
  • 3 Tablespoons lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the cilantro stems before adding them to a food processor or blender to make sure they don't get wrapped around the blades.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and fully combined. Taste test and adjust salt, if needed.
  3. Use immediately or transfer to a jar and store in the fridge for up to 5 days. Enjoy over tacos, salads, burritos, and more!
