Ingredients

  • ¼ ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1 Tablespoon shallot
  • 1-2 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 1 1 inch fresh ginger optional
  • ½ ½ lime juiced
  • 2-3 2-3 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 1 Tablespoon honey
  • ½ ½ Tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 2 Tablespoons olive oil or neutral oil

Instructions

  1. In the bowl of a mini food processor, add peanut butter, shallot, garlic, ginger, lime juice, soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Pulse until combined.
  2. Blend in oil until smooth and emulsified. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Add additional oil or water to thin out for salad dressing.

Notes

  • Yields approximately 3/4 cup of sauce.
