DRESSING:
- 1 lime zested
- 1/4 /4 cup lime juice freshly squeezed, approximately 2 limes
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 Tablespoon shallot finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 1/4 /4 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
