Ingredients
- 1/2 /2 cup unsalted butter room temperature
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- Pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Soften the butter to room temperature if it is not already. This is important for it to whip properly. It should be soft enough to leave an indent when pressed with your finger, but not so soft it deeply pushes down.
- Using an electric mixer, begin to beat the butter until it is smooth. Drizzle in honey and salt while continuing to beat for 2-3 minutes until light, creamy, and smooth.
- Store in an air-tight container at room temperature for 1-2 days, then place in the fridge for longer storage. Let come to room temperature before serving so it will easily spread.
