Chicken wings have never been easier or more delicious! These Air Fryer Frozen Chicken Wings have crispy skin, fall off the bone meat, and a tasty honey garlic sauce. They are super easy and incredibly flavorful!

Ingredients

  • 10 chicken wings frozen
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp minced garlic 

Instructions

  1. First, preheat air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Add frozen wings, olive oil, sea salt and pepper to a bowl. Toss to combine.
  3. Once coated, place chicken wings on air fryer sheet.
  4. Air fry for 15 minutes. Carefully remove.
  5. Then, flip chicken wings. Return to air fryer for another 10 minutes.
  6. Next, remove from air fryer.
  7. In a small bowl, combine honey and minced garlic.
  8. Add chicken wings and garlic honey to a large bowl. Toss until chicken wings are coated.
  9. Finally, serve!

Notes

  • If using thawed chicken wings, reduce cooking time to 20 minutes total, flipping wings after 10 minutes.
  • All air fryers are different.  Mine is powerful.  Closely watch wings to prevent burning.
  • Chicken is done cooking when its internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Feel free to use your favorite dipping sauce in place of the garlic honey.
