This Autumn Spice Simple Syrup isn't Pumpkin Spice...it's better. It's warm, rich, and full of flavor with fall spices of cinnamon, allspice, and coriander. Ingredients

  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon or 1 cinnamon stick
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground coriander
  • ⅛ teaspoon allspice

Instructions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a small saucepan.
  2. Bring to a simmer, and continue to simmer for 4-6 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.
  3. Let cool, then store in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to use.
