Ingredients
- 4 bone in chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- First, preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Pat chicken dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, combine all spices. Rub spices on both sides of chicken thighs.
- Place chicken thighs in greased baking pan. Drizzle olive oil on top of chicken.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit internally.
- Finally, remove from oven. Allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes
- If using boneless, skinless thighs, bake for only 25 to 30 minutes.
- For extra crispy skin, broil the chicken for 1 to 3 minutes at the end.
- Feel free to adjust amounts of seasonings.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- Freeze leftovers for up to 2 months.
