Ingredients
- ice
- 4 ounces gin
- 2 ounces blueberry lavender syrup*
- 1 ½ ounces fresh lemon juice
- 1 ounce blueberry liquor optional
- 2-4 ounces club soda as desired
Instructions
- Prepare the blueberry lavender syrup if you don't already have it on hand (see notes below or the other post for more information).
- Fill a large jar or cocktail shaker about halfway full with ice. Add gin, syrup, and lemon juice. Stir the drink until combined and chilled.
- Strain the cocktail into two glasses. A coupe glass is ideal for serving it neat - without ice. Otherwise, divide between two low-ball glasses filled with ice. Top off with club soda as desired.
- Garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary (or lavender!), a slice of lemon, or fresh blueberries as desired. Enjoy responsibly!

Notes
- Blueberry Lavender Syrup: Bring 1 cup bluberries, 1 cup water, 1 cup granulated sugar, and 2 TBSP dried lavender flowers to a boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let sit for 10 minutes.
