Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower about 4 cups
- 1 can coconut cream about 14 ounces
- 2 tbsp ghee or grass fed butter
- 1/2 tsp chopped basil optional
Instructions
- First, chop head of cauliflower into florets.
- Then, add florets to a food processor. Process until cauliflower resembles cauliflower rice.
- Add riced cauliflower, ghee, and coconut cream to a skillet over medium heat. Cook for 7 to 8 minutes, or until coconut cream has been absorbed.
- Carefully pour back into the food processor. Process until smooth and creamy.
- Then, serve. Garnish with chopped basil and additional ghee or butter if desired.
