Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 1 tsp dairy free mini chocolate chips

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. First, add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Lastly, garnish with additional chocolate chips if desired.

Notes

  • Carefully chop frozen banana before adding to blender.
  • Fresh spinach can be used in place of frozen spinach, but smoothie won't be as thick and creamy.  Kale (frozen or fresh) can also be used.
  • I use Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips which are dairy free and gluten free.  They have a little bit of added sugar.
  • Feel free to add more mint leaves if desired.  Mint leaves can be replaced by mint extract.  Use only a drop of mint extract.
