Ingredients

  • ½ cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1-2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 lemon
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon dried dill
  • ¼ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt or to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until fully combined. Taste test and adjust as needed per your preferences. Drizzle with olive oil for serving, if desired.
  2. Optional: chill before serving to allow the flavor to develop further (it's the perfect make-ahead sauce, too!). Serve with your favorite Greek food, and enjoy!
