Ingredients
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp ground cayenne pepper use less for less spicy
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 3/4 tsp ground thyme
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- First, add all ingredients to a small bowl.
- Mix to combine.
- Add spice mix to a sealable jar or bowl. Store at room temperature for up to 6 months.

Notes
- Use less cayenne pepper for a slightly less spicy mix.
- These measurements can be slightly tweaked to your preference.
- I prefer sea salt, but regular salt works well too.
- Store Cajun seasoning at room temperature in an airtight container.
- Mix is best used within 6 months.
