Ingredients
- ¼ ¼ cup aged balsamic vinegar
- ⅓ ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 1 clove garlic optional
- 1-2 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup optional
- ¼ ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt or to taste
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Increase the speed of the blender to start breaking down the blueberries and garlic (if using). Blend on medium to medium-high speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Taste test and adjust salt and pepper levels, as needed. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Enjoy on your favorite blend of salad!
