Ingredients

Cheese Board For Two: Guideline Amounts
  • 8 ounce wheel of brie cut into a heart
  • 2 ounces Blue cheese wedge
  • 2-4 ounces manchego cheese sliced
  • ¼ cup Castelvetrano olives
  • ¼ cup Hot pepper jelly
  • 2-3 Tablespoons honey
  • Cracker crisps or other crackers
  • Handful of berries
  • ¼ cup pistachios or other nuts
  • ¼ cup dried cherries or other dried fruits
  • Something sweet: chocolate pretzels truffles, heart candies, etc.

Instructions

Brie Heart

  1. Place the brie wheel in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Remove and use a heart cookie cutter to cut out a heart; you may need to use a knife to help cut around the edges.
Assembly
  1. Place the brie in the middle of a serving board or plate, and place the remaining cheeses apart from each other on the board.
  2. Place the olives, hot pepper jelly, and honey in small bowls, then onto the board.
  3. Lay the crackers around the board and place in the remaining ingredients around the board. Enjoy!
