Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey or ground beef, pork, chicken
- 1 egg
- ½ cup almond flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- First, preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a rimmed baking pan with parchment paper.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl. Use hands to fully incorporate mixture.
- Form in 10 equal sized meatballs. Place on pan.
- Bake for 16 to 18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Finally, remove pan from oven. Discard any grease. Top with your favorite sauce!

Notes
- A lower fat content in the ground turkey will yield more dry meatballs. So, 85% lean, 15% fat will be more juicy than a 99% lean, 1% fat turkey.
- Fully mix ingredients together.
- Try to form equal sized, round meatballs.
- Ground turkey is considered done cooking when it has reached 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Use a meat thermometer for accurate reading.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- Freeze for up to 1 month.
