Get the Recipe: Nutty Buddies

These homemade Nutty Buddies are inspired by the classic Little Debbie treat! They are made with only a few easy ingredients. This no bake recipe has the classic peanut butter chocolate flavor. They are so fun for kids!

Ingredients

  • 4 vanilla wafers see note
  • 2 tbsp all natural creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup Melted dark chocolate

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. First, spread peanut butter on the top of each wafer. Place on a parchment lined pan. Place in the fridge or freezer for 10 minutes.
  2. Dip each wafer in the melted chocolate mixture. Coat on all sides. Place on a parchment lined pan.
  3. Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the chocolate has set.
  4. Finally, remove from the fridge and serve!

Notes

  • Since I am gluten free, I used gluten free wafers.
  • Use all natural creamy peanut butter made from only peanuts and salt.
  • Dark chocolate adds a delicious contrast to the peanut butter and wafers.  If you prefer, use milk or semisweet chocolate.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
