Ingredients

  • ¼ ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 3 3 Tablespoons half-and-half
  • 1 1 Tablespoon chia seeds optional
  • 1 1 Tablespoon roasted peanuts chopped, optional
  • 2 2 bananas sliced

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a small bowl whisk or stir together the peanut butter, vanilla, honey, and half-and-half. Add additional cream if you prefer a thinner sauce.
  2. Serve the dip topped with chia seeds and chopped peanuts, if using. Dip in banana slices or drizzle the sauce on top of banana slices. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Storage: any leftover dip should be stored in the fridge in a jar or airtight container. It will thicken after storage, so let come to room temperature and give it a good stir or whisk to make it dippable again.
