Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts cooked and shredded (about 2 to 2.5 cups)
  • 3/4 cup Whole30 mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup grapes sliced in half
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped finely
  • 1 apple chopped
  • 1/4 cup pecan halves
  • 1/2 tsp ground pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • squeeze lemon juice

Instructions

  1. First, add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate leftovers.

Notes

  • Use shredded chicken (or finely cubed chicken) for best results.
  • Toss chicken salad until everything is coated in Whole30 mayonnaise.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
