Ginger Chicken Asparagus Stir Fry

This Ginger Chicken Asparagus Stir Fry features tender bite-sized chicken thighs cooked with crisp asparagus, earthy cremini mushrooms, and sweet onions all brought together in a tangy soy-based sauce with fresh ginger, garlic, and a hint of chili garlic sauce. The quick sautéing method preserves the bright green color of the asparagus while allowing the sauce to thicken and coat the ingredients evenly, creating a savory stir fry that works well served over rice to balance the bold flavors.

    Cup of Yum
  1. Whisk together all ingredients for sauce, set aside
