Ginger Glazed Baked Mahi Mahi

This mahi mahi recipe gives you a super easy (and tasty) way to prepare any firm white fish. Complete with a made-from-scratch ginger glaze!

Ingredients

  • 4 mahi mahi fillets
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Season 4 mahi mahi fillets with salt and pepper. Place into a shallow baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup orange juice, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 1 teaspoon ground ginger, and 1 teaspoon brown sugar.
  3. Pour over mahi mahi. Cover, and let marinate in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  4. Heat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 13-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.Serve warm with rice, steamed vegetables, or a fresh salad.

Notes

  • Any firm white fish will work for this recipe like cod, halibut, bass, grouper, and snapper.
