Ingredients
- 3 inches fresh ginger
- 1 cup honey 340g
- 1 cup water 236ml
Instructions
- Peel and slice the ginger.
- Add the ginger to a saucepan, along with the honey and water, over a medium heat. Heat the syrup, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool and infuse for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Strain through a fine mesh sieve over a bowl to remove the ginger slices.
- Pour into a sanitized bottle or jar and store in the refrigerator.

Notes
- Store: Store your Honey Ginger Syrup in a sanitized bottle or jar in the refrigerator. It should keep well for up to a month. For longer storage, you can freeze the syrup in ice cube trays. Once frozen, transfer the cubes to a freezer bag. Thaw individual cubes as needed.
