Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 3 green onions sliced

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a small bowl or freezer bag.
  2. Add beef, chicken or pork. Marinate 2-4 hours.

Notes

  • Discard used marinade.
