Gingerbread Frappe

All the holiday flavor you love from delicious gingerbread in a frappe treat that's sure to hit the spot! Skip the coffee shop and make this one at home. It's easy!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup coffee cold
  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1//2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 cups ice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Brew coffee and allow to cool to room temperature.
  2. In a high powdered blender combine milk, coffee, molasses, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Blend on a low speed for just a few seconds until mixed.
  3. Add in ice cubes and blend until smooth.
  4. Serve immediately topped with whipped cream (optional).
