Gingerbread Frappe
All the holiday flavor you love from delicious gingerbread in a frappe treat that's sure to hit the spot! Skip the coffee shop and make this one at home. It's easy!
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup coffee cold
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 3 to 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1//2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 cups ice
Instructions
- Brew coffee and allow to cool to room temperature.
- In a high powdered blender combine milk, coffee, molasses, brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Blend on a low speed for just a few seconds until mixed.
- Add in ice cubes and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately topped with whipped cream (optional).
