Gingerbread Martini
A Gingerbread Martini offers a delightful blend of creamy sweetness, warming spices, and a smooth, boozy kick, perfectly capturing the essence of gingerbread in a festive, sippable form.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup caramel sauce divided
- ½ tsp mixed spice
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- 6 ice cubes
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup vodka
- 1 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
- Whipped Cream to serve
- caramel sauce to serve, extra
- gingerbread whole and crushed, to serve, small gingerbread men
Instructions
- Rim a martini glass with caramel sauce and dip in gingerbread man crumbs to garnish.
- In a cocktail shaker combine the mixed spice, ginger, ice, heavy cream, vodka, Baileys Irish cream liqueur, and 2 tbsp of the caramel sauce.
- Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. Strain the cocktail into the martini glass.
- Top with whipped cream, more caramel sauce, and the remaining gingerbread cookies if desired, enjoy!
