Ingredients

  • ¼ cup caramel sauce divided
  • ½ tsp mixed spice
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • 6 ice cubes
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup vodka
  • 1 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
  • Whipped Cream to serve
  • caramel sauce to serve, extra
  • gingerbread whole and crushed, to serve, small gingerbread men

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Rim a martini glass with caramel sauce and dip in gingerbread man crumbs to garnish.
  2. In a cocktail shaker combine the mixed spice, ginger, ice, heavy cream, vodka, Baileys Irish cream liqueur, and 2 tbsp of the caramel sauce.
  3. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. Strain the cocktail into the martini glass.
  4. Top with whipped cream, more caramel sauce, and the remaining gingerbread cookies if desired, enjoy!
