Gluten Free S’Mores Waffles
Gluten Free S'Mores Waffles combine all of your favorite ingredients from the campfire treat in a delicious & simple breakfast recipe!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups gluten-free flour Premium Gold brand
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 egg large
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp butter melted, unsalted
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ½ cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Combine the gluten free flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small mixing bowl combine the eggs, milk and honey.
- Add the melted butter.
- Whisk together, then add to the flour mixture.
- Combine well, then add the chocolate chips and marshmallows.
- Mix well, then spoon the mixture into a waffle iron and cook.
- Remove from the waffle iron and dig in!
