Ingredients

  • 3 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the warm water and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts, roll each into a ball, then flatten and roll out into circles about 7 inches in diameter.
  4. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook each tortilla for about 1-2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown spots and bubbles appear.
