- 12 Medjool dates pitted
- 4- ounce goat cheese room temperature
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon honey or liquid allulose sugar free
Toppings - Garnish

Instructions
- Slice dates vertically and remove the pit
- In a small bowl whip together the goat cheese, honey, and cream.
- Place the mixture in a piping bag (with Wilton #10 tip) or a small sandwich plastic bag with the tip cut.
- Pipe in the center of each date and top with nuts, fruit, and drizzle with honey, syrup, or balsamic glaze.

- If your dates are too dry, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes before stuffing. This will soften them and make them easier to work with.
