Ingredients

  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 6 ounces goat cheese
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon thyme fresh

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. Gently roll out the puff pastry crust into an even layer.
  3. Cut the sheet into 12 sections.
  4. Gently press the sections into a greased muffin tin.
  5. Spoon the goat cheese into the puff pastry sections.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes until it is golden brown.
  7. Drizzle with honey.
  8. Sprinkle with thyme.
