Ingredients

  • 1 English Muffin
  • 2 tablespoons Pizza Sauce
  • 2 lices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lice cheddar cheese (if creating the BOO) if creating the "BOO"
  • 2 black olives
  • ¼ cup cotton-candy grapes
  • 1 clementine
  • ¼ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1-3 drops orange natural food coloring
  • 1 pinch green sprinkles
  • Pillsbury Ready to Bake Pumpkin Cookies optional, or your preferred treat

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Cut English Muffins in half. Spread pizza sauce on the bread. Cut-out a ghost like shape with scissors or a food cutter into the mozzarella cheese slice. Place the ghost like shape on top of the pizza sauce. **Optional: Use letter cutters to cut-out "BOO" with orange cheddar cheese.
  2. Cut eyes and mouth if you wish to add, with black olives. You can put the olives on top of the face before or after cooking. I usually do it after while the cheese is still hot and melty.
  3. Bake in oven at 350° for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted. While pizza is cooking cut grapes in half lengthwise. Place in main compartment of lunch box. Place the English muffin pizza on top after cooling.
  4. In one side compartment place vanilla yogurt and stir in 1 drop each of the natural food coloring until orange. Place in the sliced clementine. Sprinkle with just a pinch of green sprinkles.
  5. In second side compartment place Pillsbury pumpkin cookies or even apple slices shaped like leaves. You can rub the apple slices with lemon wedges to stop browning.
