Golden Sesame Balls

Golden Sesame Balls blend toasted white sesame seeds coated with aromatic turmeric, cinnamon, and cardamom, bound together by a sticky mixture of tahini and maple syrup. These no-bake balls offer a nutty and subtly spiced flavor combined with a chewy texture enhanced by coconut flour or protein powder. The sesame seeds are toasted to a golden crisp before mixing, adding a toasty depth that works well as a snack or an energy bite. They can be shaped into balls or pressed into bars for convenient serving and storage.
