Golden's Garlic Parmesan Cheese Rolls
Garlic Parmesan Cheese Rolls are made with five simple ingredients -- pizza dough, butter, garlic, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients
- 16 oz pkg Pizza Dough
- 4 Tablespoons butter melted (may add 2 T more, depending on preference)
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated or shaved
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese grated (if you want it extra cheesy, use 1 1/2 cups)
- egg optional, beaten for egg wash
Instructions
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- On floured workspace, roll out dough into rectangle, approximately 14 x 14 inches.
- In small bowl, mix melted butter and garlic powder together.
- Spread all over pizza dough.
- Top with parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
- Starting at the long end nearest you, begin rolling up the dough.
- Use a sharp knife to slice into 2 inch rolls.
- Transfer the rolls onto greased baking sheet.
- Tighten up the rolls as needed. Optional -- brush with egg wash to "glue" the ends together.
- Bake for 13-16 minutes or until lightly golden brown and cheese is melted.
