Goof Balls
Goof Balls are an easy no bake treat that kids and adults will both love, made with jumbo marshmallows dipped in caramel and Rice Krispies.
Ingredients
- 11 ounces caramel candies unwrapped, soft
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup butter unsalted
- 1 pound marshmallows jumbo
- 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- To a medium saucepan over medium low heat add the caramels, sweetened condensed milk and butter.
- Whisk well once melted.
- Remove from heat.
- Dip the marshmallow halfway in the caramel mixture then dip in cereal and place on baking sheet.
- Let harden for 20 minutes before serving.
