Ingredients
- 1 potato gnocchi dough
- 100 gms gorgonzola cheese 3.5 oz
- 80 gms butter about 2.8 oz
- 6 sage leaves
- 1 pinch salt
- black pepper
- 4 tbsp parmigiano reggiano plus more to serve, thinly grated
Notes
- I like mine with some more Parmigiano Reggiano on the top!
