Ingredients

  • 1 potato gnocchi dough
  • 100 gms gorgonzola cheese 3.5 oz
  • 80 gms butter about 2.8 oz
  • 6 sage leaves
  • 1 pinch salt
  • black pepper
  • 4 tbsp parmigiano reggiano plus more to serve, thinly grated

Notes

  • I like mine with some more Parmigiano Reggiano on the top!
