Graham Cracker Cookies with coconut and chocolate taste like Samoas Girl Scout Cookies, but with a fraction of the calories. And with only four ingredients, these treats come together in a snap!
Ingredients
- 3 cups graham crackers crushed
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk fat free
- 1 cup chocolate chips semi-sweet
- 1½ cup coconut
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix graham crackers, sweetened condensed milk, and semi-sweet chocolate chips together by hand until crumbs are moistened.
- Spoon into rounded tablespoon sized balls and roll each ball in coconut.
- Flatten each ball a little bit on the baking sheet. Bake for 11 minutes.
- Cool completely.
