Grain Free Almond Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup natural almond butter
  • ½ cup gluten free chocolate chips
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. Scoop with a mini ice cream scooper onto a parchment-lined sheet pan.
  4. Bake for about 9-11 minutes.

Notes

  • These can be stored on the countertop in a glass container for up to a week.
