Gramma's Easy Apple Crisp
This has to be the easiest apple crisp recipe! Made using peeled Granny Smith apples, this has a crunchy, buttery cinnamon topping using basic pantry items.

Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8 Granny Smith apples
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400˚F.
- Peel, core and slice the apples into bite size pieces. Place in a greased 13"x9" baking pan or stone.
- In a mixing bowl beat the flour, sugar, oats, egg, baking powder and vanilla until it becomes a crumbled mixture.
- Sprinkle this mixture over the apples, not covering completely, leaving breathing pockets here and there.
- Melt the butter, drizzle over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 40 minutes.
