Grandma's Cucumber Salad
Grandma's Cucumber Salad combines thinly sliced English cucumbers, onion, and bell pepper marinated in a vinegar-sugar brine with garlic, salt, and pepper. The long refrigeration time allows the vegetables to soften and absorb the tangy, sweet, and savory flavors, resulting in a crisp, refreshing salad with a zingy dressing.

- 1/4 green bell pepper sliced thin
- 1 clove garlic smashed
