Ingredients

  • 3 ounces orange gelatin mix
  • 1 cup water boiling
  • 1/2 cup water cold
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3.4 ounces vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 4 cups mandarin orange canned or fresh, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the orange jello in boiling water. Once fully dissolved, stir in the cold water. Place in the refrigerator to chill, ensuring it doesn't solidify, about 15 minutes.
  2. In a separate large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and slightly fluffy.
  3. Add the heavy cream and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. Continue to beat until the mixture is combined and forms stiff peaks.
  4. Gently fold the chilled orange jello mixture and instant vanilla pudding powder into the creamy base until well incorporated.
  5. Stir in the mandarin oranges and mini marshmallows, ensuring even distribution.
  6. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for a minimum of one hour.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • Optional fruits to substitute or add include maraschino cherries, diced peaches or pears (fresh or canned), and halved grapes.
  • Ensure the gelatin does not fully solidify before mixing to maintain smooth texture.
  • Serve chilled and consume within a few days for best quality.
