Grape Gummy Bears

Gummies aren't exactly healthy, but these Grape Gummy Bears are much better than the storebought kind!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups grape juice
  • 3 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 Tablespoons unflavored gelatin

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, whisking consistently.
  2. When the mixture reaches a rolling boil, remove pan from heat and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
  3. Use a dropper to fill gummy bear molds and place in the fridge to set.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
