Grape Salad
Easy Creamy Grape Salad is so easy to make with just 7 simple ingredients, and is always a hit at parties. It’s sweet, creamy and a delicious side dish.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 pounds red grape washed and stems removed
- 2 pounds green grapes washed and stems removed
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 cup pecans chopped
- 1/4 cup coconut optional, shredded
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to beat softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fully blended, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the shredded coconut and chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
- Add the red and green grapes to the bowl and gently fold them into the mixture, ensuring all grapes are well-coated.
- Just before serving, sprinkle the salad with brown sugar, additional chopped pecans, and more shredded coconut if desired.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
- For large grapes, consider slicing them in half.
