Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 pounds red grape washed and stems removed
  • 2 pounds green grapes washed and stems removed
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup pecans chopped
  • 1/4 cup coconut optional, shredded

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to beat softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fully blended, about 2-3 minutes.
  2. Stir in the shredded coconut and chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
  3. Add the red and green grapes to the bowl and gently fold them into the mixture, ensuring all grapes are well-coated.
  4. Just before serving, sprinkle the salad with brown sugar, additional chopped pecans, and more shredded coconut if desired.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
  • For large grapes, consider slicing them in half.
