Grape Salad

This retro creamy grape salad is a picnic classic! Red and green grapes are covered in a sweet cream cheese dressing then topped with brown sugar and pecans for a sweet crunch when serving.

Ingredients

  • one 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup white sugar or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 cups seedless red grapes
  • 5 cups seedless green grapes
Topping
  • 1/4 cup chopped toasted pecans
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla until blended together well, ensuring that there are no lumps in the cream cheese. Taste and add more sugar if desired.
  2. Add in the grapes and stir to coat.
  3. Place the mixture into your serving bowl of choice.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for a few hours until serving.
  5. Just befores serving, sprinkle with the brown sugar and pecans.

Notes

  • This is a large retro recipe, so you can adjust the size of it as needed!
