This grapefruit paloma takes tart and tangy grapefruit and lime juice and mixes them with tequila, simple syrup, and seltzer for a perfect summer cocktail.

Ingredients
- 1 cup white tequila
- 1 cup grapefruit juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup simple syrup
- 1 cup seltzer water
Instructions
- In a pitcher stir together white tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir to combine.
- Add ice to the pitcher and keep cold.
- To serve, rub the rim of each short glass with a lime wedge and dip into kosher salt, kosher salt mixed with pepper, or Tajin.
- Fill each glass with 1/4 cup seltzer water and top with grapefruit tequila mixture.
- Gently stir to combine.
