Ingredients

  • 1 cup white tequila
  • 1 cup grapefruit juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 1 cup seltzer water

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher stir together white tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir to combine.
  2. Add ice to the pitcher and keep cold.
  3. To serve, rub the rim of each short glass with a lime wedge and dip into kosher salt, kosher salt mixed with pepper, or Tajin.
  4. Fill each glass with 1/4 cup seltzer water and top with grapefruit tequila mixture.
  5. Gently stir to combine.
