Ingredients
- 9 inch Oreo cookie crust
- 2 cups marshmallow creme
- ¼ cup Creme de Menthe
- 2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat marshmallow creme and creme de menthe together until smooth and well-combined.
- Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form.
- Carefully fold the whipped cream into the marshmallow mixture.
- Pour mixture into the crust.
- Freeze at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- For easier cutting, remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving.

Notes
- Oreo cookie crust: A store-bought crust or a homemade Oreo pie crust will work.
- Marshmallow creme: The marshmallow cream adds sweetness and stability. It takes the place of using gelatin for structure.
- Crème de menthe: The liqueur gives the pie flavor and color. I've given a nonalcoholic substitute above the recipe.
