Greek Chicken Meatballs

Greek chicken meatballs are made with lean ground chicken, feta cheese, and a flavorful medley of herbs and spices. These delicious meatballs are roasted in the oven or air fryer, so they're juicy and tender with a lovely golden-brown crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken lean
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 egg large
  • ¼ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon oregano or one tablespoon fresh oregano, dried
  • 1 teaspoon basil or one tablespoon fresh basil, dried
  • 1 teaspoon dill or one tablespoon fresh dill, dried
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes crushed

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
