Ingredients
- 2 cups hummus (store bought or homemade)
- 1 cup tzatziki (store bought or homemade)
- 2 tablespoon red onion (finely diced)
- 1 cup English cucumber (finely diced, approximately ½ cucumber)
- 1 cup Roma tomato (seeded and finely diced, or sliced cherry or grape tomatoes)
- ½ cup feta cheese (crumbled)
- ¼ cup kalamata olives (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon greek oregano (or oregano, dried)
For Serving
- pita bread (or crackers, or chips)
Instructions
- In a small bowl stir together the olive oil and oregano. Set aside while you prepare the dip.
- Dice the cucumber, onion, and tomatoes into very small pieces, about ¼" pieces. You want them small enough that they can be scooped up on pita bread, crackers or chips.
- On a flat serving platter or plate spread the hummus in an even layer. You can use a round, rectangle, or square serving platter.
- Spread the tzatziki on top of the hummus, leaving a small border of the hummus exposed.
- Top with diced cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and olives leaving a small border of tzatziki.
- Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over top of the dip.
- Drizzle the olive oil and oregano over top the dip.
- Serve the dip with warm pita bread, crackers, or chips to dip and enjoy!
