Greek Salad Dressing
Greek Salad Dressing is the perfect way to add bright, zesty flavor to your salads. Whisk it together with simple ingredients and enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon oregano dried
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper coarse ground
Instructions
- Add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper to a bowl.
- Whisk well just before adding to your salad.
- It will separate if it sits, to emulsify you can add mayonnaise or dijon mustard and add to a food processor.
